You are free to cancel your RateRooster newsletter subscription at any time.
Monthly Subscribers
For monthly subscribers, your cancellation is applied to the beginning of the next month. For example, if you cancel your subscription on June 15, you will no longer receive the newsletter starting July 1, and your credit card will not be charged on July 1. You will likely continue to receive the newsletter during the remaining weeks of June.
Annual Subscribers
If you are an annual subscriber, your cancellation is applied to the beginning of the next month, and you will be refunded for the remaining months left in your annual subscription at a rate of $500/month. For example, if your annual subscription started January 1 and you cancelled your subscription on September 15, you will be refunded for the remaining three months in your subscription. In this case, October, November and December at $500/month for a total refund of $1,500.
The credit card with which you paid will receive the refunded amount. It may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
